Wow! What a campaign this has been. Over the past few weeks, we’ve shipped WiBa’s all around the world and we’ve heard from so many of you just how much you love your new charging accessory! As always, thank you for your support!
WiBa has been such a hit that our #1 question is “How can I order another one?” Well, we have some good news to share.
Beginning in about two weeks, WiBa will be available on our website, AvidoPower.com and on Amazon!
And we’re excited to announce - we will be selling all of the Avido WiBa accessories individually! So, if you want an extra power bank for the road, or charging pad for the office, you will be able to purchase these items separately!

Hello WiBa Fans,
We’ve received some feedback from customers about charging the power bank. If you do not properly align the power bank on the charging pad, and “drop” the unit on the charging pad without aligning the charging pins, it could cause a slow charge or the power bank to malfunction.
The power bank and charging pad have magnets that allow the units to properly align with the charging pins. If you force the unit or press firmly on the charging pad without the pins being aligned, the power bank will not receive a proper charge.
We’ve created this short video (also shared yesterday) to show you how we recommend charging your unit:
Please be mindful of this and let us know if you have any questions. If you run into any issues, please stop using WiBa and contact us for assistance.

Hi WiBa Fans,
We’ve been hard at work shipping out your orders and we are happy to say that if you replied to our survey and confirmed your shipping address, your order has shipped!
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as the package has its first initial scan with USPS. So, if you haven’t received a tracking number just yet- don’t worry! It will be emailed to you shortly!
If you didn’t reply to our survey, we have emailed you (and will continue to do so) to confirm your shipping address.

Please note: It’s important to only use the included AC adapter and USB-C cable to charge WiBa. Other 3rd party accessories have not been tested with WiBa and could cause an issue.

If you have questions about using WiBa, need to confirm if your device is compatible, or if your unit malfunctions, please send us an email. We like to remind you that safety is our priority. We are excited to announce that the WiBa’s have arrived and shipping starts right now!
We have already started processing and packing WiBa orders. When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note it can take up to 48 hours before tracking information appears on USPS, FedEx, or the UPS website.
We are working as fast as possible to get your WiBa to you. If you have completed the survey, you should have received a final address confirmation email.
