Hello WiBa Fans!
We're excited to share the news that surveys are coming this week! With these surveys you will be able to confirm your perk selection and shipping address. If there is a change to the shipping address that you originally provided to Indiegogo, this is your FINAL time to update it!
Whether or not you have any changes to your order, please take this survey!
Also with this survey is the ability to make any additional Add-On purchases including buying another WiBa (perfect for friends & family!) or adding the accessory package, in case you missed it.
If you purchased an Add-On (such as an extra charging pad), please read this: In an effort to only send you one survey, we have combined your WiBa power bank and add-on purchase as one order. When completing your survey, you will notice a $29 credit available. Please select the "Extra Charging Pad, AC Adapter, USB Type-C Cable" from the available Add-On selections, and add this to your order. Your total price will be $0.00.
If you purchased more than one WiBa Power Bank, please read this: In an effort to only send you one survey, we have combined your WiBa power bank orders together. During your survey, you will see all of your WiBa power banks already in your cart. Please proceed as normal and your total quantity count should be accurate.
The deadline for the survey response is August 8, 2018. Again, even if you did not have changes to your order, please respond to this survey. If we do not receive a response by this date, your order may be delayed.

Hello WiBa fans!
We’ve been busy working hard to get you your WiBas! Here are a few important updates:
1)Surveys - Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your perk selection.
With this survey, you will be able to confirm your perk and shipping address. Should anything need to be updated, this is the LAST time do so! The survey is the easiest way to confirm we have the most up-to-date information about your order(s) and also will allow us to share shipping tracking numbers as we have them available. You don’t need to create an account to fill out your survey.
2) Shipping Information – WiBa is currently in production (more photos coming soon!). We’ve been working every day with our shipping forwarder to find the best option for getting WiBa to your doorstep. We are shipping to over 20 countries and that creates a very complex logistics plan.
When we first began the campaign, the original plan with our freight forwarder was to “direct inject” these units to our backers. This means we would ship the units directly from our factory to your doorstep. Unfortunately, we’ve found that shipping couriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL have implemented new policies regarding shipping lithium-ion batteries from China, making it increasingly difficult to ship packages directly. We do not want to have these units stuck in an overseas shipping warehouse while we resolve this issue. So, we are changing our plan...
We will be shipping ALL WiBa units directly to our warehouse in the USA and then delivering to you as quickly as possible.
**Unfortunately, we anticipate this to add about two to three weeks to our planned ship date.** We are estimating WiBa’s arrival at our warehouse in early August. Of course, as soon as they arrive, our priority is shipping these units out to you.
We very much apologize for any inconvenience this causes and thank you in advance for your understanding. We really could not be more grateful for your patience and support. Logistics is the last piece to the puzzle and please know, you will have your WiBa soon!

Hello WiBa fans!
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: THANK YOU! You all had a hand in bringing this campaign to life and made it possible for WiBa to usher in a new era of wireless charging.
Here are a few important updates:
1) In the next few weeks, a lot of things will be happening and we will do our very best to keep you in the loop. Production of WiBa has begun and we plan to ship the units as soon as possible. Right now, we are working with our freight forwarder determining the best possible method of shipments. Our goal is to get WiBa in your hands safely and efficiently. Power banks are one of hardest products to ship (due to the lithium-ion battery) but our team is working hard to get your unit on its way. We are working on scheduling our shipment with the freight forwarder and should have an update for you in the next week or so about shipping dates.
2) In addition to these Indiegogo updates, we'll also be following up with you via email with an IMPORTANT SURVEY that will act as a final order confirmation of orders, addresses, and any available add-ons or additional packages. You can expect to see this survey request in about two weeks. Please pay close attention to your inbox! The email will be coming from BackerKit. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
3) ALL WiBa campaign orders will be locked in on JULY 16th, so we can move forward with manufacturing, packaging, and delivery. While we will still be sending a survey to confirm your shipping address, it’s a good idea to make sure your information is up-to-date on Indiegogo.
We are thrilled with how much support this campaign received and deeply grateful for YOUR role in making it so successful. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and in the comments section with any questions you might have so we can answer you ASAP.

Hello WiBa fans!
In preparation for wrapping up the campaign on Sunday at 11:59pm PT, we’ve got a few great updates for you.
First off, we are SO proud of how far we’ve come - we’re already raised more than double our original funding goal and it’s all thanks to your help. We can’t thank you enough for an incredible campaign.
Thanks to you, we’ve been able to launch ourselves into the WiBa production process. Here are a few behind-the-scenes pics of what we’ve been up to at the factory, putting all the pieces together in preparation for production, testing, packaging and delivery!

Hello WiBa Backers!
We’ve had a great first week of our extension and are so grateful for all of our backers jumping in with us and bringing WiBa to life! We’re almost at 200% FUNDED and none of this would have been possible without YOU!
That said - WE’RE ON OUR WAY OVERSEAS TO BEGIN MANUFACTURING. During our trip to China, we will conduct final approval of all molds, batteries, cables, and packaging. We will also begin getting shipping lined up and ready to go!
Right now, our Team is busy working with our partners in China to bring YOU the first simultaneous wireless charging power bank.
We are so excited about this product.
We will keep you posted as we move through the production process and keep you updated of our shipping dates.
